AEGEE-Tallinn – friends here and there
AEGEE-Tallinn was founded in year 1991. In eighteen years, we have already sent lots of generations of members into the wide world. Everyone of them takes with them organizing skills and experience, collective memories of great events in Estonia as well as in Europe, and of course, there will always be friends waiting for them all around Europe.
At the moment, we have about 70 members from different universities, presenting very diverse fields of study. Some of our members’ specialities can be named: philology, mathematics, architecture, psychology, informatics, and law. In spite of different background, we are still like a big friendly family and complete each other.
The aims of AEGEE-Tallinn (according to our statute)
- Widening the perspective of students
- Development of international connections
- Introducing of European nations and cultures to Estonian youth
- Introducing of Estonian culture and nature to European students
- Advocating the unity of Europe
